Here are directions to the hotel.
The in-person general conference event begins with an opening reception at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 18. The morning sessions begin at 8:00 am on Thursday, September 19 and conclude at 5:00 pm on Friday, September 20.
You may cancel your registration and EMA will provide a refund of 90% of the registration fee, less a 10% administrative processing fee, if you send a written request to EMA via email to jdavis@enrollment.org no later than August 1, 2024. You may not cancel your registration or request a refund after August 1, 2024.
You are also solely responsible for cancellation of travel and hotel reservations (including any associated cancellation charges).
EMA’s Annual Conference is the leading event for enrollment leaders around the world.
Corporate casual attire is appropriate with some attendees dressing slightly more formally for receptions.
Special programming and in-depth workshops are planned for Saturday, September 21. The general conference concludes Friday night, but the post-conference continues our learning on Saturday morning. EMA's 67th Annual Conference will be held in Boston, MA at the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Pre-Conferences are Tuesday & Wednesday, September 17 & 18. General Conference is Thursday & friday, September 19 & 20 and our Post-Conference is Saturday, September 21.

The conference is a forum for professional and educational discussion and information sharing. Please be accepting of others who may have different points of view from yours, without focusing or commenting on anyone's personal characteristics that might be different from yours. EMA does not tolerate hateful, offensive, or bigoted comments. Comments, statements, and content that relate in any way to any person’s personal or physical characteristics or race, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnicity, disability, or political affiliations have no place and may result in removal from the annual conference.
Respect others. Focus on the content of posts and not on the people making them. Please extend the benefit of the doubt to newer participants; there’s no such thing as a stupid question.
All false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal materials are strictly prohibited. Do not post anything that you would not want the world to see or that you would not want anyone to know came from you. There is no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. We recommend using a taxi, Uber or other ride-sharing service.
Yes, when you register please select the 'Pre-Conference Workshop Only Pass’ and then select which pre-conference workshop you would like to attend.
Yes! You receive a $100 discount for each additional person to register together.

As with each planning cycle, we strive to select a location that aligns with EMA’s values, mission, and membership in mind. With that said, planning for this large-scale, in-person event, which will bring our entire global community together, required us to reserve the facility several years in advance.

This year, you will have a choice of two exceptional hotels at which to stay for AC24. EMA has negotiated special rates at both the Sheraton and the Marriott. The choice is yours. Select either the Sheraton or the Marriott below.
