Are there attendee rates for the hotel?
Due to the record surge in early bird registrations the attendance for EMA 2024 will be record-breaking. Because of this unexpected surge in attendance, The Sheraton Boston Hotel and the Marriott Copley Place are now sold out for general conference dates. There is availability during our pre-conference dates (September 16 & 17).
To secure a room during peak conference dates, please contact A Room With A View for information about the official designated EMA overflow hotel. They will secure the lowest available rates at the best available hotels within a short distance to The Sheraton Hotel.

This is a FREE service for all EMA attendees. Should rooms become available in the EMA group block at The Sheraton Boston Hotel, A Room with A View will be contacting attendees to see if they would like to transfer back.
There is availability at the Sheraton and Marriott on Monday and Tuesday ONLY (September 16 & 17).
